If you happen to forget your password for the Inspection Support Network™, this quick tutorial will show you how to reset it to a new password of your choice.

This is the ISN login homepage, attempt to log in as normal.

If you entered an incorrect password, you will see a red dialog box like the one above. Simply click the I reset my password link and you will be directed to a new page where you can choose either either SMS or Email.

If you chose Email

Enter the email address that you use with the Inspection Support Network and click the Reset by Email button.

You will receive an email from ISN like the one below. Click on the big link, it will take you to the page where you can choose a new password.

Decide on any password of your choosing and enter that password into both of the boxes. Click the Reset Password button and your new password will be confirmed.

After resetting your password, the page will refresh to the usual login page, enter your new password. Checking the "Remember my password on this computer" box will keep that password saved on the computer you are using.

If you chose SMS

After selecting SMS, enter your phone number and you will receive a text message almost instantly from a generated phone number, in that text you will find the SMS verify code.

You need to enter the same cell phone number you have on your ISN user profile. This is under Administration > User Administration > Edit user > Cell Phone.

Next, you will see this page. Where you can enter your SMS Verify code.

After you enter the correct number you will get to this page.

Simply enter your new password (and write it down.) and you will then be able to login to ISN with your new password!
