To add an attachment to an inspection simply click on Inspections -- View Inspections, and click on the icon that looks like a piece of paper with a paperclip:
Or select the Attachments menu item from the Actions menu:
A screen will open, click on Select Files. Next click on the document(s) to open and click Upload Selected Files (Note: you can drag & drop files and upload multiple files)
As soon as you click the Attachment option, either by selecting the icon or the Attachment button, you will see a screen with several options:
1.- “Attachments are public” checkbox. This allows you to make the attachment publicly visible so clients or recipients can access it directly from the report delivery page.
2.- “Drop files here.” This section lets you drag and drop files if you already have your file explorer open on your computer.
3.- “Select files.” This blue button opens your file explorer so you can choose a file to upload.
4.- “Title.” Under the “Upload Attachment from URL” section, this allows you to enter a title for the attachment if you are adding it via a URL instead of uploading a file.
5.- “Description.” This allows you to add a description for the URL attachment.
6.- “Attachment is public” checkbox. This option makes the URL attachment publicly visible on the report delivery page once the recipient accesses the link.
7.- “Upload from URL.” This field allows you to enter the URL you want to include as an attachment.

These are all the available options on this page. You can choose to upload an attachment either as a file or by using a URL.
Your document will then be uploaded and saved to the appropriate inspection available for you to review, email or attach to a report and will be safely stored for future reference.
