The ISN has a setting named, Calendar Time Slice, and allows you to set how the slices of time are set on your calendar and for each inspector's availability.

The Calendar Time Slice allows the setting to be:  15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.

Navigate to Settings -- Company Settings

Go to the Calendar Time Slice drop-down menu and select the minutes desired:

Be sure and Save Settings when you are done.

You will see the Calendar Time Slice applied by going to the Calendar Menu and selecting My Online Schedule:

The availability will be displayed in the same format in the Online Scheduler for the client to select the appointment day and time.
