Your ISN allows you to customize your order to meet the needs of your company! To add additional fields go to: Settings -- Office Settings and under the heading: Inspection and Fee Settings click on Customize Order Form.

From there click on Add Section

Name your new section, for example Contractor or Attorney and Save

Don't stop there! Now you need to add a new control to your new section. Click on add one now!

Add a Control. Use the drop down under Type and select Contact. Give it a Description, text value and select the contact type, now Add Control

Next New Order you will see your new custom control!
