This article contains information on setting up Palm-Tech in your ISN.

To set this up, open up ISN then go to Settings -- Office Settings -- Under working with Other Applications (bottom left of your screen) click on Palm Tech.

Now Check the box: Integrate with Palm Tech and show the Palm-Tech download icon on the Inspection Grid and SAVE Settings!

From your Inspection Grid (Inspections --&gt; View Inspections) you will now click Actions -- Download Palm-Tech File.

You are now ready to import your jobs!  PLEASE NOTE  you must download from the ISN desktop version to the cloud then into your Palm-Tech report.

After completing your report, you will need to manually send your report to ISN.
