To access CardPointe, you will need your login credentials along with an additional security step for verification.
Go to the Guardian website : https://inspectionpayments.com/
Click on “Login into your Gateway” This option is usually located at the top left of the homepage. Clicking this will redirect you to the CardPointe login page.
On the CardPointe page, enter your username and password to log in.
4. Upon logging in to CardPointe, you are prompted to enter an additional one-time security code that is sent to the email address or mobile phone number associated with your account from our security partner, Ping Identity.
5. Access your email account to view the email ( from PingOne<noreply@pingidentity.com>) or phone number containing your one-time security code.
If you do not currently have access to the email account or phone number associated with your CardPointe account, contact support : 1(800) 608-7363 for assistance.
6. Enter the one-time security code provided to authenticate yourself and complete the login process.
Subsequent logins will require the one-time security code only once every few days.
