How to Enable Email and Dashboard Notifications in CardPointe

If you’d like to receive alerts from CardPointe, such as payment activity or compliance reminders, you can enable notifications directly from your dashboard. Below are the steps to set up Email Notifications and Dashboard Notifications as an administrator.


Set Up Email Notifications

1. Log in to cardpointe.com with your administrator account.

2. From the Dashboard, click the Configure link.

3. Go to the Email Notifications tab.

4. Check the boxes for the notifications you want to receive by email.

5. Click Save to apply your changes.


Set Up Dashboard Notifications

1. Log in to cardpointe.com as an administrator.

2. On the Dashboard, click the Configure link

3. Navigate to the Dashboard Notifications tab.

4. Check the boxes for the notifications you want to display on your dashboard.

5. Click Save.
