This article will walk you through how you can prevent access to reports.

  1. Start by going to Office Settings in the Administration menu.

2. Next, Under Interacting with my clients and Agents, click Report Delivery Options.  Here is where you select the options that will force inspections to be paid and signed for before being viewed.  You'll see other options to choose from but these two will protect your report if you desire.

Now clients and agents will not be able to access your report without a client signature nor payment and will prompt them to do what needs to be done before releasing the report.
