If you have email accounts hosted through iCloud, you will need to use SMTP settings in ISN to prevent your emails from bouncing and to ensure they are received by your clients and agents.

Please note: Apple requires Two-Factor Authentication to be enabled for your Apple ID along with an App-Specific Password. Please click here to read more about Two-Factor Authentication.

To add your SMTP settings you will need to know the following:

1) Your email address or email addresses

2) Create or know your App Specific Password created for ISN. (More info located here.)

First, in ISN navigate to Settings  -- SMTP Settings  and click Add SMTP Setting

In the pop-up box add the following information:

  • Email Address: your full @me.com Email Address (including @me.com) (Example: YourUsername@me.com)

  • Server: smtp.mail.me.com

  • Username: your_email_account_username (Example: YourUsername@me.com)

  • Password: App Specific Password

  • Port: 587

  • Check the box that says, This SMTP server requires TLS
