The Global Comment Library is your central hub for managing reusable comments. Accessing it is the first step toward streamlining your reporting process and ensuring team-wide consistency.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Template Editor
Access your ISN system, select the option ISN Report Writer, and click 'Report Templates'.
Step 2: Locate the Comment Library Option
In the Template Editor header (top-right corner), click Comment Library.
Step 3: Open the Comment Library
The Global Comment Library will open, displaying all reusable comments available to your company.
✅ Tip: You can access the same library from the Report Writer when working on an active report.
