Certain permissions in the ISN allow users to assume or log in as other users in the ISN.
Navigate to Adm -- User Administration
Now, click on the Actions tab for the user account that you want to assume, then click on Log In as (the user name will then appear):
You will now see a new blue banner appear that states whom you are logged in as and how to revert back to your original log in:
