The Report Status Page is to simplify the process of monitoring and managing inspection reports by consolidating all relevant information in a single location. This enhancement aims to:
Improve visibility into the current state of inspection reports, including status and progress.
Minimise navigation friction by centralising relevant reports in one single location.
Enable quick actions through direct buttons and menus to open, edit, or preview reports.
Show only relevant inspections (past and upcoming months) and offer filtering and search capabilities to track the report.
Key Features
Centralised Report Overview:
View all reports in one table with key details like status, client, address, template, and assigned inspector.
Quick Access Actions
Easily edit, preview, or open reports directly from the table via action buttons and menu options.
Status Filters & Search
Filter reports by status (Not Started, In Progress, Marked Complete) and search using order ID, address, client, or template name.
Progress Indicators
Track report completion with visual progress bars showing category completion.
Focused Time Range
Displays only past and upcoming month’s inspections to keep users focused on current work.
How to Find It
The Report Status option is available in the main ISN menu under ISN Report Writer. To access it, select Report Status from the menu.
Once selected, the screen will display all inspection reports that are currently in progress. For each report, you will see the following information:
1.-Order ID and Address: A brief indicator of the order and the inspection address.
2.-Progress Bar: Shows how much of the report has been completed.
3.-Template: The template being used for the report.
4.-Assigned Inspector: The inspector assigned to the report.
5.-Last Modified: The most recent time the report was updated.
6.-Report Status: Current status of the report.
You can access and continue working on the report by clicking the "Edit Report" button:
Additionally, there is a three-dot icon on the right-hand side to display:
1.- The inspection Order in ISN and
2.- The report preview
