Using a great looking email container is such a great way to market your business. It allows you to put your company image, web site links and/or even a picture of yourself in front of your clients and agents every time you send out an email or an email event goes out! If you have your own digital stationary or you have created your own "email template" you can add this stationary to your ISN in just a few clicks.

First and foremost you must open up the file you received from your digital stationary specialist so you can see the HTML. HTML is the language of the Internet and will be the "markup" that creates the custom email for you. If you happened to double click on the file and it appeared in a web browser you can right-click in the web browser and select "View source..." to see the HTML. After you can see the HTML highlight it all and hit copy (Ctrl-C).

Now, login to the ISN and then click on Email and then on My Email Containers.

Next, select Add New Container:

Next, click on the HTML button on the container,

and paste (Ctrl-V or right-click and Paste) to add your own HTML into the box.

Next, click on OK to save your HTML:

Finally, you must add the %content% replacement value wherever you want to content to appear in the container! When an email is sent and an Email Template is selected it places the content of the email template into the container wherever the %content% replacement value is located. Place the %content% variable right where you want the content to appear!
