Have a special circumstance where you need to edit your agreement for just one inspection? Here are quick and easy steps to accomplish this.
Customizing agreements can also be useful for ancillary services, such as swimming pools or sewer scopes, allowing you to tailor agreements to specific inspection needs.
Settings -- Office Settings -- Inspection and Fee Settings -- Agreements
Click on Actions -- Copy Agreement
You will find a "copy" of the agreement now listed
Click Edit and rename your newly created agreement and Save
Now you can manually email/send this specific agreement out to the parties necessary. This agreement will only be associated to that particular inspection if that is what you created it for.
Using Conditional Logic for Agreement Sections
For services like sewer scopes, you can add a specific section to your pre-inspection agreement that appears only when the service is selected. To implement this:
Draft the content for the ancillary service section.
Provide this content to your ISN support team.
Request the addition of conditional code to your agreement. This code ensures the section displays only when the corresponding service is selected during the order process. This approach streamlines the agreement process by tailoring the content to the services included in the inspection.
Selecting Agreements for Specific Inspections
When creating an ancillary service, you can choose which agreement and inspector are associated with that service. This flexibility allows you to:
Send specific agreements for inspections that include ancillary services.
Use default agreements for inspections without additional services. This ensures that the appropriate agreement is always sent, regardless of the inspection type.
