To sign an agreement manually within ISN, follow either of these two methods:

Via the Inspection Grid

Go to Inspections -- Scheduled Inspections, locate the inspection order that needs to manually be marked as signed.

Next, click on the Red/White X in the Signed column:

You will now be prompted with a pop-up window:

Press "Manually set this order SIGNED".

From the Order Information Screen

To manually set an agreement to "Signed" from within an inspection order, you'll first want to open the order from the Scheduled Inspections Grid (Inspections --Scheduled Inspections) with the blue 'i' icon.

Across the top of this page you will see the status bars, find "Not Signed". Click that button and you'll be prompted with pop-up window to 'Mark Order Signed.'

You'll receive a pop-up to confirm, click "Ok" to confirm manually signing the order. Now it will be in a signed status!
