How the report is structured by category and line item
How to select descriptions and add ratings
How to insert photos and comments to document your findings
How to use the media library for faster uploads
How to reorder lines and customize your template
📋 Report Basics
Your inspection report is organized into major system categories (e.g., Roof, Electrical, HVAC). Inside each category, you’ll work with line items, which are individual components you’re inspecting—like the driveway, deck, or window wells.
Each line item is a decision point:
What did you inspect?
What condition is it in?
Do you need to show it with photos or comments?
✅ Adding Details on the Web
Select Descriptions – Quickly choose from preset options (e.g., “Concrete” for a driveway).
Add Comments – Note any issues (e.g., “Pitted and chipped”) and assign a rating (e.g., “Recommendation”).
Insert Media – Upload photos directly or use your Report Media Library for faster access.
Use Markups – Highlight defects with arrows, circles, or other annotations.
You can switch to detailed view on any line to enter more data, including general photos, location info, and optional comments.
📱 Using the Mobile App
You can pick up where you left off in the web version:
Tap Write Report > Edit Inspection > [Category Name]
Add a description, comment, rating, and location.
Upload photos from your camera or gallery.
If prompted, allow media access on your device.
You can also:
Add New Lines – Choose from standard or optional lines.
Reorder Lines – Tap the three-dot menu > Reorder > Drag and drop.
Edit or Customize – Rename lines, assign colors, hide them from the report, or mark them complete.
✏️ Customize Your Template
Use the Template Editor to tailor your line items, categories, ratings, and more to fit your inspection workflow.
