Updating billing information through the Porch Inspection Customer Portal

  1. Log into the Porch Inspection Customer Portal - https://porchinspection.chargebeeportal.com/

  2. Select the Billing & Shipping Addresses option from the main menu:

  3. Select the address to modify under the Billing header:

  4. Update the details for your company accordingly. Then, click/tap the yellow Update button at the bottom of the window:

  5. Done! You’ll automatically return to the previous screen where you can visually confirm that the information you updated has been changed successfully.
