If you have not yet built your SMS templates you will want to do that first.  

This link will show you how to build your SMS templates. 

Once your SMS template is built, access your ISN Mobile App on your smartphone or tablet. 

Here is an article on how to get your mobile version of ISN.

Locate the Inspection you are wanting to send an SMS template from. First you'll locate the day of the week, and then the order itself.

Once you've located the correct order. Click on 'View' (as indicated below)

Next, you'll scroll down the order page until you see the 'Call/ SMS People' tab. Click on this option. 

You can select the recipient for the SMS template with the dropdown you'll see on the next screen allowing you to choose between the parties involved in this inspection:

Then select the 'Use Template' tab.

Locate the SMS Template to Send, select 'Use' and lastly 'Send Message.'
