NEW!

We’ve updated the UI on the Invoices and Payment Info page so that credit balances (negative values) are shown in black text instead of red, which previously implied an overdue charge and caused confusion during customer training sessions.

We added a new status in the FlexFund Collections dashboard labeled “Chargeback” for cases where a customer disputes a FlexFund charge. This includes a filterable view for easier internal auditing and reporting.

We’ve re-enabled the survey widget in the Realtor Dashboard Portal (RDP) for the Porch Moving group. New copy and a link to a $20 incentive survey were added to encourage engagement.

We continue to do work in the background to prepare for the migration of our billing system in 2025.

The engineering team continues to make upgrades to our system to help things run smooth and fast.
