Reusing a Previous Report in the ISN Report Writer
To help save time and avoid repetitive work, the ISN Report Writer includes a feature that allows inspectors to reuse reports from previous inspections. This is especially useful when inspecting a property more than once or when duplicating an order. By importing a previous report, most of the data, such as checkbox selections, comments, and images, can be carried over, allowing you to start with a solid foundation instead of from scratch.
While most data imports successfully, media items from the original Report Media Library may not transfer unless they are specifically assigned to comments, details, or sections within the report.
