Client and Agent Labels can be created in the ISN, which allows you to organize your clients and agents in ways that fit your business needs.
Creating a client and/or agent label also allows that specific label to be selected when creating and sending out a Mass Email.
To create a Client label:
Navigate to Clients/Agents -- Clients -- Client Labels and then click on Add Client Label (you can also edit or delete current labels)
The following popup will appear where the name of the label will need to be entered and saved:
To create an Agent Label:
Navigate to Clients/Agents -- Agents -- Agent Labels and then click on Add Agent Label (you can also edit and delete labels here too)
