NEW!

We improved lead creation and syncing with Digilatics in preparation for a broader rollout. Customer leads are now created the moment someone books via our Online Scheduler, accelerating sales follow-up.

We’ve rolled out a new option for our customers: inspection companies can now charge the FlexFund fee directly to clients, instead of spreading the cost across all inspections, whether they were eligible for FlexFund or not.

We updated our invoice UI to display the correct billing phone number (855) 260-9799 across all screens, regardless of account type.

FIXED!

We fixed a layout issue where OSv3 was visually cut off when embedded in partner websites on mobile.

We fixed a bug where some email templates were rendering duplicate tax lines, causing confusion for customers and payment issues.

We fixed a permissions issue that prevented one of our large customer's corporate users from viewing all associated offices in ISN. Access is now fully restored across accounts.

We continue to do work in the background to prepare for the migration of our billing system in 2025.

The engineering team continues to make upgrades to our system to help things run smooth and fast.
