NEW!

We’ve improved the classic version of the Agent Inspections report so you can pull large data sets without running into timeouts. This Improves reliability for high-volume users analyzing historical data and reduces frustration from failed reports due to timeouts.

We launched a new API endpoint to fetch orders by company key with filters for: status, date range, address, client name, pagination, and more. It includes full metadata and custom fields in the response.

FIXED!

Users without permission to view fees can no longer see them on ISN's payment page, in addition to previously restricted areas like emails and agreements.

ADDITIONAL INFO!

We continue to do work in the background to prepare for the migration of our billing system in 2025.

The engineering team continues to make upgrades to our system to help things run smooth and fast.
