NEW!

We modified the logic of our Smart Scheduler recommendations so that, if a user is using it to see inspector availability for the next day, it returns recommendations even if the company’s settings are set to restrict the ability to make same day appointments.

Made some improvements to our beta integration with Digilatics to prepare for its limited release.

FIXED!

We have removed the Postcard feature from ISN due to lack of use.

We removed legacy payment processor options that were erroneously displaying for inspection companies that are not located in Canada.

ADDITIONAL INFO!

We continue to do work in the background to prepare for the migration of our billing system in 2025.

The engineering team continues to make upgrades to our system to help things run smooth and fast.
