Can ISN have default settings checked so clients and buyers agents always receive a SMS text regarding inspections?
Due to FCC rules http://www.fcc.gov/guides/spam-unwanted-text-messages-and-email, everyone receiving an SMS reminder has to either;
(a) Subscribe via SMS (which is completely unrealistic for this model of reminders)
or
(b) You, the sender, need to get a verbal okay that it is alright to send them an SMS message (keep in mind that after you check it once it always remains checked).
Thus, the checkbox for sending an SMS will always be unchecked until someone on your team absolutely checks the box. This is an FCC regulation and not something we can alter ISN to default-check.
The on/off for events is to disable or enable them globally. It is a two stage switch. Think of it as a breaker panel. You have individual circuits that can be toggled and a master toggle.
