If you are unable to login to the ISN with your iPhone, it is usually because cookies are disabled in your settings. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive by your web browser. They are used for authentication, storing your preferences, remembering what is in your shopping cart, and other neat things.
First, unlock your iPhone or press the Home button if it is already in use.
Locate the Settings icon and select it.
Once you are in Settings, scroll down and select Safari.
Under the Safari settings, select Block Cookies.
Select Allow from Websites I Visit or Always Allow under the Block Cookies menu.
If the above does not work for you, we recommend that you also try the following under your Settings button for Safari: Privacy-Private Browsing, set the setting to OFF.
Press the home button to return to your home screen. Select Safari, and try to log into the ISN again.
