Your company key is what defines your personal ISN and makes it specific to you and your company. As soon as your ISN has been built and created by our team, your company key is sent to you in your Welcome to ISN email.

You can also find your Company Key in your ISN menu bar under Help -- My Company Key

Here is an example of what your company key will look like: http://inspectionsupport.net/companykey . Your company key is the text behind the '/' sign in the URL.

It is most helpful if you can remember or note your company key when contacting support in order for us to best assist you in a timely manner!
