Uploading your inspection report manually to your ISN can be performed two different ways:
Directly from the Inspection Grid (Inspections-Scheduled Inspections) or under:
Actions, located on the View Inspection Order page
The following article will walk you through how to upload your report manually using either option.
From Inspection Grid
Go to Inspections -- Scheduled Inspections and click the blue checkmark box to the right of the order you want to complete and load a report for.

The following screen will appear where you will need to determine how you will proceed in uploading the report:
Select your file to upload and you're done!
From Order View Screen
Go to Inspections -- Scheduled Inspections -- click the blue 'i' icon to the far left of the order.
Then click Actions -- Upload Report
You will then be directed to the following screen, where you will proceed in uploading the report:
