NEW!

We have improved the logic for generating the Inspector Earnings Report. The report will now automatically be processed as a background job and emailed to to you if it satisfies the following conditions:

  • More than 20 inspectors included in the report

  • More than 200 orders included in the report

  • The report is for a large, whitelisted customer (currently only two customers)

We have added a "Log a Call" option to the Actions dropdown menu on the Order View screen. This new option opens a modal (similar to "Add Note") for quick call entry and automatically populates the Order ID (OID) of the order being viewed. This update addresses a frequent request, making it faster and more convenient to log calls without navigating away from the order view.

To improve clarity around FlexFund eligibility and to reduce client confusion and Support inquiries, we have added a reminder message on the FlexFund Agreement Page regarding closing date requirements. A new informational message is displayed under the outreach selection radio buttons:

"Reminder: Your closing date must be within 60 days of the inspection date to use FlexFund. If you enter a date beyond 60 days, a FlexFund Support team member will contact you."

As part of our transition to Guardian as the sole payment processor for ISN, we have updated Office Settings > Payment Options page to accommodate different Guardian account types. Key changes:

  • New "Guardian Legacy" option:

    • Specifically for Canadian Guardian customers

    • Allows proper credential input for Guardian Legacy accounts

  • Ensures "Guardian Legacy" is treated as a non-legacy processor, preventing credential input issues

  • Enhances accuracy and clarity when setting up payment processing in ISN

Made updates to a customer's custom package confirmation page.

FIXED!

Fixed an issue with the FlexFund agreement signature pad on mobile devices.

We continue to do work in the background to prepare for the migration of our billing system in early 2025.
