NEW!

We added the the FlexFund Transactions Report to the "classic reports" under the Financial section.

On the FlexFund portion of the payment page - when the client email field has more than one email address in it - we now take the first one for the client email address.

We've enhanced the Order Info Request to support multiple clients. Previously, only the primary client was displayed; now, all associated clients are shown, providing a more complete view of client details.

FIXED!

We've fixed an issue on the Inspection Upgrades page where the order fee displayed did not reflect the coupon discount. The bug caused the agreement view to show the original order total instead of the discounted total when a coupon was applied. This fix ensures that users now see the correct fee, accurately reflecting any discounts.

We've resolved an issue in some internal Flex Fund reporting where canceled or removed transactions were incorrectly showing a deducted Flex Fund fee. The report now accurately reflects that no fee was charged for these transactions.

We've updated the Order History logs to only display fee changes. Previously, fee logs were generated even when the fee remained unchanged, leading to cluttered history in some company keys. This fix ensures that only actual fee modifications are recorded, enhancing clarity and accuracy in order histories.

We've resolved an isolated issue where the "Require signature on agreements BEFORE payment" setting was not functioning correctly. Previously, clicking a payment link from an email template would take users directly to the payment page instead of prompting them to sign the agreement first. This fix ensures that the agreement signature step is enforced prior to processing any payments.

We continue to do work in the background to prepare for the migration of our billing system in early 2025.
