Add additional Inspectors to the Online Scheduler (associating Inspectors with Services)

The following article will quickly walk you through the steps on how to add additional Inspectors to your Online Scheduler.

Go to Settings -- Office Settings

Go to the Online Scheduler section and choose the OS that you currently use V2 or V3:

From there click on the Services tab and click Edit Inspectors next to the service you want them available for.

In the window that appears you can search for specific inspectors or check everyone off, or select individuals by putting checks next to their names, and hit save.

Once you have opened the Online Scheduler V3 settings, click on Services & Packages on the left, and then in the 5th column you will be able to associate the Inspectors with the desired Service, click on "Assign":

Check/select the inspector that you would like to have associated and click on Save:

Note: Inspectors that are assigned to a service will only show up if their online availability is set. You can read more on that here.
