You can decide to do this as a courtesy/marketing feature for free to your vendors OR, if you desire, you can choose to charge them whatever you negotiate with them as an acceptable advertising fee. Plus you can add as many vendors to the page as you like. Think of the possible new income stream, maybe even offset the cost of your ISN, up to you. ISN does not control or monitor this, we simply provide this feature as an additional service to you, our clients.
First go to Settings -- Office Settings
Next click Report Delivery Settings under Interacting with my Clients and Agents.
Next, in the Page settings tab, make sure the Include vendor ads for additional services option is selected and click Save at the bottom of the screen.
After that, click Administration, then Vendors you are now in the area where you can control your vendors options.
Click Add a Vendor. This is where you add or edit your vendors' information, which can be provided by the owner.
Fill out as much info as you have, then select Show This Vendor's information in the Report Delivery Page. This allows your customers to learn about your vendor
You're almost there! Now just click Choose File and browse to the photo stored on your system that you want to use for your vendors logo. The image that appears will be the one that will appear on your web delivery page, so make sure it's the one you want, then click Upload.
They will display like so on the actual report delivery page:
You have now enabled vendors to be added to your web delivery page, filled out the info and added a logo. Use the URL in the Vendors area to share your page. Happy inspecting!
