ISN now integrates with Digilatics. Digilatics is a digital marketing company that helps inspection companies enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness. They specialize in providing insights into marketing return on investment (ROI) by focusing on metrics such as qualified leads, quote values, sales values, and overall marketing ROI.

Their services include optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, Bing, and Yelp. By analyzing the entire customer journey—from initial ad exposure to final contact—Digilatics identifies gaps and recommends actionable steps to improve conversions. Their proprietary Leads Insights tool tracks multiple lead sources, offering visibility into quoted and sold dollar values, which helps optimize campaigns for lower cost per acquisition and higher true marketing ROI.

This integration pushes data one way: from ISN to Digilatics. When an order is created or updated in ISN, we look for a matching Lead in Digilatics based on property address and phone number. When we find a match, we update the Lead information in Digilatics with the information entered into the order in ISN (e.g. fees). This saves time by reducing the amount of time it takes to manage information in two places, and by reducing manual tasks in Digilatics.

If you use ISN and Digilatics, you can begin using this integration by going to Settings > Office Settings > Working With Other Applications > Digilatics

You will need to reach out to Digilatics to get an alphanumeric App Token and alphanumeric App Secret. Those will connect your ISN account with your Digilatics account. Then you will need to check the checkbox that says Turn on the Digilatics functionality in my ISN.
