The new Real Estate Professional Dashboard runs on some cutting-edge web technology to work! Because of this we're able to track agents placing orders more effectively and improve the user experience.
As is the case with any new technology, there are certain caveats. If you or your agents tries to place an order, it may appear as if you can't move on at all. The screen will look like this:
And hitting No, let's continue or Next doesn't seem to work.
What's going on?
The device in question is functioning in Private Browsing Mode.
You can tell it's in private mode because the browser controls will have a black background and white text:
Private Browsing protects your private information and blocks some websites from tracking your search behavior. Safari won't remember the pages you visit, your search history, or your AutoFill information.
Turn off Private BrowsingOn an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, open Safari, then tap
Then:
Be sure to put the check mark in the line with the iPhone icon.
Once private browsing mode is disabled, Safari will have blue controls and white backgrounds at the top and bottom.
